Delaware programs offer electrician apprenticeship. As a registered apprentice, you get the on-the-job

work experience coupled with related instruction in a classroom setting.

The apprentice electricians program normally last four years or 8000 hours of on-the-job training.

In other words, for each year of training a minimum of 144 hours of related instruction is required.

Upon completion of the required training and classroom instruction, the apprentice is eligible for journey papers.
